General:

Items are from a smoke-free and pet-free home.

Payment:

Via Paypal, either by credit card or to pinkswizzlestick@gmail.com

Shipping:

Items are posted as soon as possible once payment has cleared.

Shipping within the UK is first class and takes 1-2 days, international shipping is airmail and takes 5-7 days.

I get proof of postage when I send out items, which means items are insured against loss or damage up to $60.

Insurance:

Basic insurance up to $60 is included in the shipping cost, as I get Certificate of Posting with all packages.

If you would like additional insurance and signature on arrival, please contact me to add Recorded Signed For delivery for $1.30 for UK buyers, or International Signed For delivery for $6.50 for international buyers to your order.

Returns/Refunds:

I will refund the item cost (excluding shipping costs) or offer an exchange on any item in an unworn/unused state if it is returned within 30 days of purchase.

A full refund including shipping costs will be given if items are not as described or damaged.

Clothing:

Checking measurements before buying is highly recommended but if the item doesn't fit, you can return it and receive a full refund including shipping.
